Can I access my wine storage 24/7?
Yes. Wine storage tenants have 24/7 access, subject to facility access procedures and tenancy terms.
Will I have my own PIN code and locker?
Yes. Each customer will have their own PIN code for access and their own designated wine locker or storage unit.
Do you provide moving or transportation services?
No. We do not provide moving or transportation services. Customers will need to arrange their own transport for moving wine to and from the facility.
Can businesses use the wine storage facility?
Yes. Our wine storage is suitable for both private collectors and businesses, including wine merchants, restaurants, caterers and event companies.
